Products are Made to order .
Colours and styles may vary due to being handmade and if for any reason that melts ordered are unsatifactory at the time of making your order i will substitute for another which is simlar if possible.
The only infomation that may be shared will be your email address and this is only if your order is being shipped via courier so you the customer can track your purchase . Any other infomation shared with soapy jo,s will not be shared with any third party and all payments will be done via paypal which is the safest way we know to do a card transaction over the internet.
Postage can be calculated in the Basket section of this website after shopping it is calculated by the weight of your order.
A full refund will be given on returning your purchase in its original state and un opend but you the customer will have to pay for recorded delivery for proof of posting which will be none returnable. on cancelling an order and a full refund given can take up to 2 weeks to process.
If your package arrives to you broken please report to us within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the problem. For a damaged item to be replaced it needs to be returned to soapy jo,s by the customer means with recorded delivery please contact me at email@example.com for my address then a full refund or replacement of the original sale will be given on recieving the item back at soapy jo's
please allow a reasonable amount of time for your package to get to you after a dispach email is sent as postal delays do happen.
Most items are made to order and at the moment are taking 2/4 weeks to be posted but please be aware this could change due to the amount of orders we have and personal issues as we are a small home based family business plus all items will be sent at the best rate for the customer.
Working days at Soapy Jo's are Monday - Friday this does not include public / bank holidays and any other days that we are closed this will be visable on our about page .
Please make sure you are in for the delivery of your parcel .. it is the place of the customer to re arrange delivery of there parcel if it is returned to Royal mail or the courier chosen .. They should leave you a card with instructions on how to re arrange your deliverey ... If after 2 weeks from the day you received your dispach email you havent had a card please contact me .
Any order that has been placed and items have been added on can delay postage for a further 2 weeks.
